Within easy reach of the A 20 motorway, the main link route from Paris to Toulouse, the south of France and Spain or the A89 running east/west linking the Alps with the Atlantic. The Monedieres is an area of stunning extremes; beautiful rolling countryside (puy) plateau, heather and forests. The whole area is steeped in history and geography with innumerable charming hamlets, villages and small towns, each with an individual character. Madranges is an hour south of Limoges with commerce, shops and services at all levels. Tulle and Brieve are nearer and both offer an essentially eclectic mix of services; social, municipal, culture and retail. There is easy access to the Limousin from London Stanstead, flights daily or by car from the channel ports and via the A20 auto route which goes on to Toulouse , the South of France, and Spain.
